This Privacy Notice has been prepared by FlowoTech, acting as data controller, to inform you about how your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Personal Data We Process: We process the full name, e-mail address and message content you share through the contact form on our website, as well as technical data relating to your use of the site.
Purposes of Processing: Your personal data is processed in order to respond to the requests and questions you submit through the contact form, to introduce our services and solutions, and to fulfil our legal obligations.
Retention: Your personal data is retained only for as long as required by the purposes of processing and by the retention periods set out in applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- To request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- To object to a result arising against you through analysis of your data carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
